I am very disappointed in the fact that just after 3 years my hair straightener has just stopped working, I take really good care of my belongings, I used the hair straightener once a week or when need be and already it just stopped working, I have a ghd which is much older and still going strong. Im disappointed in the fact that I paid so much of money and they won't even analyze their product and repair at their own cost. You guys need to re look at your guarantee policy because your product is no longer up to standard. I would advise people to go with a GHD.

Im disappointed in the fact that I paid so much of money and they won't even analyze their product and repair at their own cost. very disappointed in this product I bought a cloud 9iron in 2016 just after the 1yr guarantee was ova my iron just went dead it didtn fall or anything I hardly use the iron ....I sent an email the last time and I was told that the guarantee is ova ....its not sumtn I paid R100 for I paid R2700 from that time it broke to now I probably used it like 3 / 4 times I emailed cloud 9again and was told they dnt tke back cause the guarantee is ova everyone is complaining about the same problem ...y do we have to pay for sumtn u paid 3000 for which u harldy use n it just went dead

My Cloud Nine has just switched off ? I do not wrap the cord around the iron, . It's just over 12 months old & guess what, the warranty is 12 months! i hardly use the iron will my Cloud Nine be repaired or replaced @ no cost?

On September 13th 2017 i made a call to a company by the name of Take Note Trading situated in Milnerton. My cloud nine hair iron needed to be repaired and i was told it will cost R650.00 I received my iron back October 10th only to find out that it was still broken. I had already paid them when i collected it.I was told to bring it back AGAIN. I then dropped it off again. Another month had gone by and i was told it was ready to collect. I was shocked to find out that it was still not repaired. December 2017 and i am still sitting with a broken iron and they are refusing to refund me. Sharon and Desmond are very unprofessional . They always say they will call you back but never do. I had the phone slammed down in my ear more than once after i demanded a refund . I was even told that they dont need me or my money , Yet they refuse to refund me. During the time that they had my hair iron i had to call them numerous times. Not once did they call me back. Please do not make use of this companies services as they are a bunch of liars . Poor service. In my case they didnt even provide me with a service.All they did was take my money. I am a very unhappy customer. After all the problems i had with them there was no way that i was going to send my iron back . Its December 8th and they still refusing to give me a refund. Sharon Craig and Desmond are the worst. Dont even think about doing business with this company Please save yourselves the time effort and money. Terrible terrible experience!

I purchased a cloud 9 hair straightener. It is one of the most expensive straigtheners on the market. Seven months later it malfunctioned. I sent it back to the manufacturers. It is has been two months and I have not received the new one they promised. I am told that they do not have new consignment stock from the UK. I asked for a refund. There has been NO response from them whatsoever. Cloud 9 hair is the worst at responding.
