Kfc tambotie mall

My experience at the this kfc has been the worst. The chicken doesn’t taste fresh. It is old and veiny. The food at this kfc makes me not want to eat chicken anymore. It’s the nearest kfc to me so I have to order here and I keep thinking it’s a once a while . But continuously the chicken is grey and tough to eat, my family gets the worst stomach aches after eating here. I once ordered online from the app my food never came and they claimed to not find a driver I emailed them asking for my refund since I paid already and I was told I wait 7 days I called and contacted them and no one helped it’s been over 3 months now
