Pathetic service

MTN Tambotie is the most pathetic. Spent nearly 1 30 min in store for a contract. Salesman entired the wrong banking details and i had to do biometrics. Salemans informed that they would have everything finalized the following day. I did i follow up the next day, phoned nearly 10 times before someone decided to answer the phone. Gave tĥem a piece of my mind and decided to go with Vodacom instead. Vodacom assisted and within 5 min they did a Debicheck and approved my contract application.
