Pietermaritzburg new tanc store
What a great experience with 20% discount 🎉 I have always purchased online, Pietermaritzburg tanc was like heaven 🔥🔥 I was assisted by the lady wearing spectacles I don't remember her name well but chubby, she was so patient and friendly thank you.

Bad experience at Tanc Scrubs
I have not had a good experience with tanc. Their communication is bad and customer service is terrible. I ordered multiple scrubs over 2 weeks ago and have not received an update. When I asked when is it coming the response from customer is short and rude without further elaboration as to what is going on. People who have ordered scrubs days after me have received theirs already and I am yet to receive an explanation as to why that is. I would not recommend Tanc to anyone as this is the worst service i’ve received.

The service I received was very good. I had questions regarding their exchange policy since I took a bigger size and the person operating their email address answered my emails faster than my boyfriend. So overrall, I'm happy and they must just increase the person's salary shame

Bad quality of scrubs material
Good day We have ordered 5 different colours scrubs, and paid a lot of money, but the quality of the scrubs are not good. Its torn on the sides and in between the legs. We are 12 colleagues and different shapes and size, so it was not cheap to order this. Please work on the quality of your material? Thank you
