I took my car in to tangawizi motors for a question on why my phone link is not working. Unfortunately the service was not up to standard. It seemed like 1 lady had everything to do. In the front desk, there are 3 positions. Only hers was occupied. I had to wait over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I asked about the phone link with a senior service technician, and about a software upgrade. I told him I bought the car second hand. His words to me were I should have checked it was working before I bought the car for the dealership. He did not know I didn't buy it from a hyundai dealer. Its hyundai software and the dealer i bought it from would not been able to assist. He did not even bother to ask where i bought the car.The look on his face was that this problem was beneath him and did not want to assist. I was shocked at that attitude from the technician. The service was terrible and I'm already thinking selling this car due to the poor response and empathy I received from tangawizi motors

Car was towed to Richards Bay Renault early December 2023, been trying to call on daily basis, they are forever busy, they promised to call me back, they never call me back I so frustrated, I need my car to be fixed, NUB11184.

The business doesn't offer transport to clients when clients bring cars for service. Their location is not ideal, they're far from any town and there's no public transport to the area. Very disappointing since they're in the car business. They don't value their clients.

Prior to buying a vehicle I got a R10k discount from the owner for a new Renault. Got a 9% interest rate from the bank. When I went to sign the papers it was raised to 9.5% and guess what, that 0.5% is exactly the R10k discount I got. I queried this but I got no response either from Tangawizi motors or Wesbank. Just bluntly refused to return my emails.

Considering that services take a while and people have work to get on with, Renault richards bay does not offer transport back home. What's even worse is that food services don't deliver to that area so you sit there the whole day and wait while starving. They should offer transport to the nearest town at least for customer convince.

Bad attitude from used cars salesmen Alistair Naiker. I have been chatting to this salesmen for some time and been trying to go into the dealership to view a car only to be rudely told "I have been telling you this for the past 3 months" Him not realising the situation and basically making us a fool How can this person be employed as a salesmen looking at his customer service? Good luck getting more sales with people like that

Very disappointing service from Tangawizi motors on the 9th of November 2021. Brought a Honda Brio for a 90 000km service before 8am in the morning. I asked the service consultant how long it would take approximately. She said 2h30mins to 3 hours max. I told her that I will then wait. It is now nearly 4 pm and I am still waiting. Not being kept in the loop, continuously having to ask for feedback and then being given every excuse from "sorry it came out wrong, referring to the timeframe" and mechanics also have to take lunch breaks????? Really the worst service ever. Rather under promise and then over deliver and train consultants properly. Very disappointing
