We have bought on trade from Tangible last year October. From the point of sale we had issues with the order. When we finally received the goods one of the shawls had a huge hole in it. We then requested for a new shawl and for the old one to be returned. Since November last year we have had no response from them.
The lady we were speaking to was Angela. We have called and sent emails to no avail. Very disappointing service.
