Great service and communication

Very impressed with the service and communication by Tangled Accessories. I ordered a cover for an iPad as a gift but accidentally bought the wrong size. Within minutes of me trying to call them, they contacted me on WhatsApp apologising for missing my call and asking how they could help. They were also happy to do a swop out for me for the correct item and to get it to me in time for my husband's birthday. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
