One of the worst places I have ever dealt with. These guys are ********s.

I sent my laptop in for a screen replacement. They replaced it with a horrible screen that I wasn't happy with. Bare in mind that this is a brand new laptop. I then get it back and I am unable to log onto WiFi. There is not even an option for me to connect to WiFi aswell.

I then go back (furious as hell) and these ********s have the audacity to tell me that it is not their problem.

And then ontop of it the shop owner attempts to hit me after I raise my voice.

I will be laying a charge against your company. You guys are ****mer$ and *****$ter$.
