**** sneakers at sunnypark mall
Tape in sunnypark mall they sold me a drip sneaker that has a factory fault when I was trying to return in they told me that they can't refund me or exchange because the sneaker was on sale.so I'm warning everyone to knw that tape in sunnypark mall is not a place to buy anything there selling ****

I’m so desappointed buying at Tape waterfall Rustenburg they refused to refund me my cash and it’s their fault they don’t have sizes at the shop so people these shop it’s a **** once you bought something you can’t be refunded you’re forced to take another item of same price or they tell you they will order so if ur in emergency of item it’s a loss so they do what’s best for their business not satisfaction to customers

I’m so desappointed buying at Tape waterfall Rustenburg they refused to refund me my cash and it’s their fault they don’t have sizes at the shop so people these shop it’s a **** once you bought something you can’t be refunded you’re forced to take another item of same price or they tell you they will order so if ur in emergency of item it’s a loss so they do what’s best for their business not satisfaction to customers

Tape mall of tembisa don’t respect or value customers,I bought stuff and made a mistake and they told me that I can’t exchange the stuff because they on promotion,I didn’t even leave the shop with them but they couldn’t help.am so disappointed and am never buying anything from the 🚮

Horrible shopping experience, apparently these guys can’t return or exchange sales items, how cute! I ordered a shoe from them that turned out to be a size larger than what I normally wear possibly because it’s a large cut. Well, soon as the shoe was delivered, I fitted it only to find that it was a bit loose. So I reached out to them, filled up a form and asked to have this shoe exchanged for a smaller size. To my dismay, they wrote back the following morning telling me how they don’t exchange or do refunds on sales item. Like who does that? Is this even legal?

I ordered a shoe from them that turned out to be a size larger than what I normally wear possibly because it’s a large cut. Poor service
Don't buy there unless you very sure sure of your size when buying item from sale. I bought a Jean online and it small, when I wanted to exchange, they said no and now I'm stuck with an items that do not fit me. Their service is very poor shame. I will never buy form them ever again.

Disappointed
I bought 2 pairs of jeans and 2 caps on buy one get one free. One pair of Jean was R699. 00 and the other one was R699. 00, a cap wa R199. 00. To my understanding and their explanation you get the cheapest free. Guess what they did instead of giving me one Jean and 1 cap free they gave me two caps for free. I contacted the store and unfortunately they are not willing to hear me, I wanted to return the items and they saying items on sale are not to be returned. I can't believe there are stores who still say no return nor exchange. Tape with the quality and their prices range should do something about that policy. If they can't refund at least allow exchange
