Off Target by 45 days, work not even started in 2024

After reading their rave reviews, I paid my 70% deposit on 14 November. Must admit they are magic because you just can't see where they did the work.

Maybe because they DID ZERO WORK! Despite verbal and written promises.

So much for : " if you notice a leak, be sure to take immediate action to minimise damage" So what does Werner's 45 days of inaction constitute?

Refund my money
