Horrable and poor service from Tarsus Distribution

On the 05th Feb 2026, I requested Dell and HP server quote. I received he Dell Quote, to date I am still waiting for my HP quote. Yestarday 17th Feb 2026, I called in for another Server quote and I am still waiting. I called in twice and sent multiple mails to so called Internal Account Manager. I was told it will come from the Enterprise Engineers and she is still waiting. Should I wash my hand from my customer and the business?
