On Friday the 4th October 2024 we were served by a great gentleman whilst we sited inside the restaurant until the shop closed. Just after finishing my food I asked some lady who was serving some customers who were sited near us and the lady took the plate with such a BAD LOOK & ATTITUDE. I even informed the gentleman who was serving us. Please take her on an etiquette or customer service training before you loose your customers. Her attitude stinks so bad.

My wife and I dine regularly at Tashas Lynnwood Bridge. My evaluation of other restaurants in terms of service and the quality of food, uses this particular branch of Tashas as the golden standard. Pano, the manager, runs a highly professional establishment with excellent service, friendly staff that make you feel like family, and of course, excellent food, whatever dish you try.

Had a quick breakfast at Tashas - asked for a bacon and egg croissant but got a bacon and avo croissant. No big deal - I like avo. Then the bill - the croissant was R22. 00 and the three small strips of bacon and less than half an avo R88. 00. Having been in the restaurant trade I know how to cost food but this markup is rude to say the least. And so we learn.

I'm really disappointed with my experience at Tasha Restaurant in Lynnwood Bridge. Honestly, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. There were so many things that went wrong, and it seemed like nobody at the restaurant cared enough to make things right. The first issue was with our food order. We were told that the kitchen made a mistake and couldn't serve our original order. But the real problem was that the waiter only told us this after half the table had already received their food. It was incredibly frustrating to see some of my friends eating while I had to wait for a new order. And when the second order did arrive, it took forever, so we eventually had to take it for takeaway. To make matters worse, there was a very drunk couple sitting next to us, making out and touching each other inappropriately. It was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing, and we were shocked that the management didn't do anything to address it. The whole situation made it clear that the restaurant doesn't have any standards for appropriate behavior. On top of all this, the restaurant was infested with flies, which made it hard to enjoy our food. And when I ordered a cup of coffee, I was disappointed to find that it hadn't been filtered properly and there were coffee granules still in it. But perhaps the most frustrating thing about the whole experience was the lack of accountability from the restaurant. Nobody apologized for the mistakes with our food, and the management didn't seem to care about the drunk couple or the flies. It was clear that they didn't take our concerns seriously. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Tasha Restaurant at Lynnwood Bridge to anyone. The service was poor, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the management was unresponsive. It's not the kind of dining experience I would expect from an upmarket restaurant, and I won't be returning anytime soon

The restaurant was dirty, service very slow had to get up and look for a waiter. on ordering our drinks this went well but yet again receiving them was the problem it took a long time to get to the table, and they were both soft drinks. The food well maybe the kitchen staff need some training on presentation and taste, food arrived lukewarm, we ate it as we only had a 2-hour gap before leaving for meetings. This will not be my choice of restaurant again.

I enjoy having a coffee at Lynnwood Bridge - the outdoor seating at restaurants and coffee shops is reminiscent of many places in Europe. During Covid my favourite restaurant at Lynnwood Bridge automatically added a 10% tip to the bill and that doesn't work for me. I tip generously for good service and nothing for poor service. So I was delighted to see that Tashas were opening. My first visit, within days of them opening, was majorly disappointing with far too many waiters crowding the place. But understandable. This morning I ordered a croissant and a hot chocolate and paged through my newspaper. The waiter asked whether I wanted my croissant plain or toasted and I requested plain My hot chocolate arrives as did the condiments for the croissant but no croissant. After finishing my drink and the morning paper the waiter asked me whether I wanted the croissant warmed up. I had run out of time and settled for a cold croissant. Not a great start Tashas and hope you up your service levels quickly. I will go elsewhere for time being.
