My child not beneffiting from his Dad's Taxi Business

The Father of my child past away last year he was married he have a child together he is on the birthcertificate our daughter use his surname. His wife pastor away last year. His Daughter is managing the business she gave us money she knew her Dad had a child she stopped supporting after that she made a fraudulent Will. I want to the association i didn't get any assistance. I dont have money to get a signature expect my child she is 8years old she is not getting anything from his Dad ineritance. I open a fraud case the police told her to get the original will she only comes with copy. The Father of my child didnt havs a Will everything is forged i have proof that the signatures are far different i also have proof that he has been supporting the child and the executor also paid the school fees;transport;groceries; and rent. She even bought a car with the money from the business wherelse my child is out of school not beneffiting nothing. I went to the Taxi Association regarding they knew that the father of my child was supporting the child they didnt help me the taxis they still operating. All the money she took everything even the house she stays in with a boyfriend my child doesnt have accomodation. We move from 1place to the other due to none payment of rent the landlord is gave me this last month to give him the money i owe him or we out i dont know wherei will go with my kids. Please help me i went everywhere to get help im unemployed i can't afford a signature expect to proof that the Will is invalid. URGENT! URGENT! URGENT!
