Outstanding service and support

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding and excellent service we have had from TMFS (Taylor Made Financial Services) when I broke my ankle while in the Caribbean.

From the moment I messaged Mandy Taylor, informing her of my injury, she took control and made sure everything was taken care of, taking all the stress from me as she orchestrated the entire chain of events that needed to take place.

Being on a yacht between islands and not able to make calls (except on WhatsApp while in WiFi) - and the time zones being 6 hours behind SA time, Mandy went above and beyond my expectations to help me get back to Cape Town safely - and into hospital for surgery. Mandy made every call to get the process going for all my medical care. From starting the process with Discovery MSO International (our travel insurance), hospital expenses claim, calling the airlines to change my seats / flights to accommodate me with my broken ankle (which took hours!) - as well as making doctors appointments for me on my return. No amount of time she spent on making absolutely sure I would be taken care of was too much for her! What a dynamic and caring woman she is!

The TMFS team stayed in touch with Discovery MSO International (who were also fantastic in assisting me) to follow through all the correct paths from medical care to returning home. Everyone involved in helping me were empathetic, and pro active in assisting and supporting me.

I cannot thank you all enough! - especially Mandy! - who took the helm and made sure everything ran like clockwork, checking up with me to make sure of that! I can recover from surgery with peace of mind, which speaks volumes of the trust I have in this fantastic team! Thank you!
