TAYLOR'S MOTORS, CLAREMONT
Taylor's Motors have been helping me with services, repairs, hiring of cars etc. for the past 12 years. Ali has always been quite straightforward and business like in his approach mincing no words when explaining that he and his small team are experts in their field. I have had no problems after repairs had been done most times. If , however there were any, it would be addressed with firm advice as to how issues could be prevented and nipped in the bud by proper and regular service when required. I was always fetched and/ or driven back to my home by a friendly driver. Ali in particular has the best interests of his clients at heart and sincerely seeks to help where he can in his own unique manner. No pretence with him. Not like regular sales pitching. Take him as he is without judging him personally.( haha) Costs compare very favorably with other repair dealers. Thank you Taylors Motors.

Return you problematic cars to these people, they don't pay
Buyers beware and know your rights. I bought a car at the dealership and after 2 months of ownership, the head gasket blew. Since I had only owned the car for 2 months the dealership was liable. However they only paid out R2500 for a R13500 repair. If this happens to you, return the car to them and don't bother dealing with them to get the car fixed. It is your right to return the goods before 6 months as per the Consumer protection act. Sandile is not a nice gentlemen when he's rubbed the wrong way, don't be fooled.

Worse Dealer
For most customer they had a great experience, for me not so good. They are friendly and helpful to cell you a s**** yes. With in the first week I picked up issues with my Audi A4 68300 km on the clock. They booked it in at a garage in Edenvale to have it repaired and standing for two weeks. Now a year later the engine needs to be replace because off Silicone blocking the oil pump after so called repairs. Now they don't even answer your calls.I wound even refer my worse enemy to them to buy a vehicle.

Worse Dealer

100% place to buy a car
Wow what a place to look for if u want to buy a car I bought my second car from the dealership which the turbo collapsed I reported to the gentleman called sandile he escalated my mater when went back the next week I found Ishmal who then too over in helping it cost me 35k which the company paid for to fix my car I like the way they helped keep it up giving the best service

Worst Car Dealership
I bought a vehicle from this dealership and a week after it broke down, my car has been sitting at the mechanic for 3weeks now and this dealership doesn't wanna be liable for selling a faulty car and I'm not a only one who has had a problem with them before. I want them to fix their car and be responsible for their unsatisfactory service.
