Non compliant electrical work

In March we had 2 break ins within a week, Adrian's team was busy installing electric wiring at our neighbors and quickly offered to quote us. we accepted the quote, paid it, and the installation was done within days, we were very happy. UNTIL I requested the COC that was part of the deal. For weeks I was given empty promises of when I will receive it, in week 5 and six I was contacting him daily, and then he stopped answering my calls and emails. I then got a different company to come do an inspection so we can get the electrical COC, they found numerous non compliant mistakes on the installation. I emailed this report to Adrian and he did reply saying he will come rectify it this week Wednesday - it is now Friday and I have not heard a word from him again. In the meantime we have been sitting with a non compliant installation for over 2 months now putting us at risk if someone should get seriously hurt by it.
