Awesome Service
Jurie Snr helped us buy a car and went over and beyond with all our questions and Marthinette helped us with the financing that was a challenge after Covid and being in Tourism, they are a great team at TBN Auto! Keep up the great work! Johan and Jen Pretorius

Awesome Service

TBN Call OUT – “Great customer service!” I would like to compliment one of your employees, Jurie Heyns, for the excellent service he provided to me and my husband on November 13, 2022 and continued to provide the same excellent services until November 18, 2022, when we collected our car. He was so dedicated to provide excellent customer service and this must be recognized. We've experienced our share of "second-rate" service from businesses in the past and it's really frustrating to work with people who are incompetent, but once in a while you get businesses that realize that "customer service" is still important. Jurie, thank you very much for the excellent service and we know that with your positive attitude you will make many more clients' dreams come true "Visagies"

Good day I Mr Lindsay buy a 2.4 Hilux at ATM this week I will recommend this dealer to any person that want to buy a vehicle The sales person Jurie Heyns give me very good service from the beginning to the end He helps me to make the correct decision on a vehicle I get very professional service from the sale person at TBN Auto dealer The staff also was very professional in the process to buy the vehicle I buy from TBN Auto Thanks Jurie and the rest off management at TBN Auto

Great and one of the best dealership's in SA
The owner, son and staff are are some of the most competent people I have met in the industry. You can absolutely rely on any vehicle bought from them. Truly impressed.

I was looking for a particular vehicle on car websites and made a list of 7 vehicles to see. We made a trip from Jhb to Pta to view the vehicles. Our first stop was TBN Auto where we were greeted by Martin. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We left to see other vehicles as we were not going to purchase the first one we saw but none of the other vehicles compared to the first nor did anyone else's service compare to the service we got from Martin. Thank you to the TBN team for the great experience of purchasing a car.
