TC Balustrading completed a handrail project in my parents' garden. It's sturdy and looks great. They were well priced, friendly and finished the job on time and on budget. We would definitely use them again!

WARNING- TC Balastrading (Thys & Chrissie)
WARNING, do not do business with Thys or Chrissie de Beer from TC Balastrading. They are quick to ask for 80% upfront payment and then have excuses. They do not reply on emails, messages or phone calls. Chrissie also assist to get the deposit than have stories that She has nothing to do with the business, and also claim she is sick and can’t work.

Thys from TC Balustrading did contact me on the 6th of January 2022 and made a partly payment.After a discussion he made a commitment to pay the balance before the deadline that was agreed on.Thanks Thys

The company advertise on Facebook .I did pay a deposit of R14000 on the 1st of May 2021 and another R1500 later and since then after numerous communications nothing happened.Every time it was different excuses but I knew it was a bunch of lies.Chrissie and Thys de Beer used my money and they don't want to give my money or my material back.I want my money back because I did make use of another provider.TC Balustrading is registered on N Mahlangu name.I noticed they have change their way of doing quotes, because they do not provide you with a street address they asked your measurement which they give you a quote and then you have to pay a deposit . They will come out to give you the final quote.THIS IS RED LIGHTS FLASHING ,so be warned !

Bad experience
I got a quote from them for balustrades which I did except and paid a deposit of R14000-00 on the 1st of May 2021.I even lent Chrissie and Thys another R1500-00 but since then they have lots of excuses to do the job.They ordered my material but used it for another customer.My advice is not to make use of TC Balustrading.They are not even the registered owner of the company.
