MBD-Digital Collections/Transaction Capital Recoveries and Woolworths debt collection issues

According to this website (https://mbdinc.co.za/) Transaction Capital Recoveries work with MBD-Digital Collections. Woolworths has handed my Mom over to MBD-Digital Collections. But when we try to contact them by phone, email or WhatsApp, there is never a reply. How one is supposed to sort an account out is a mystery. Anyone had success?
