Worst service, shoes doesn't match
Sandals bought didn't match each other. Reported it, received zero apologies but luckily was granted a voucher (not a refund). Still had to carry the courier costs even though pair not matching wasn't my own mistake. Can not get hold of them on any platform ever. Still waiting for feedback on paperwork. Terrible customer service

Te Fraai Diena - Outstanding!!!
I bought the most gorgeous pair of red vellies from Te Fraai Diena. Made by hand with the highest quality of leather and workmanship. I ordered on the 14th of February 2025, received my parcel confirmation on the same date and my vellies got delivered on the 18th of February 2025. The best service ever! Very friendly, they go the extra mile and answer all questions with patience. Definitely not my last purchase from Te Fraai Diena! I can highly recommend them for the best leather shoes and vellies!

I ordered from them, paid and everything. When I asked about my order they just said their site was cloned and I must talk to my bank but here is the link to their site to buy another pair!? When I asked what action they have taken to have the site taken down they just ignored me. Grat way to show your integrity

Te fraai diena is die beste vriend wat enige dame kan hê, wat mal is oor vellies.
Te fraai diena is beste velskoen besigheid. Ek is verlief op die manier hoe hul prodrukte geproduseer word. Dit is altyd n plesier om by hulle te koop. Ek het al 5keer by hulle aankope gedoen en ek is nie eenkeer spyt daaroor nie. Mag God jul besigheid seën. Ek is n gelukkige kliënt, wat vriende sal aanbeveel om by u hule te koop😊🤗

Bad quality
I paid R1350 in total for the Stella boots and they only lasted one winter. When I spoke to TFD's customer service, they simply said they don't guarantee their shoes. I find this utterly disgusting because the shoes are so expensive and don't last.

Excellent quality and service!
I am crazy about Te Fraai Diena shoes and the quality is amazing! Money well spent. Speedy service as well. Will not easily be persuaded to switch to another brand with such a large variety of styles to choose from.

WOW, excellent products, great service and super fast shipping. I wanted a product that was out of stock and was told I would have to wait 4 weeks, which I agreed to but my order was shipped 2 days after making payment! Please follow the sizing guide that they have under each product description, it is 100% on point👌
