AVOID THIS SERVICE!! IT'S A ****!!!

I used tutoring for my university statistics course. Whilst I did like my tutor, her help led to me failing one of my assessments, as she steered me in the wrong direction. I complained and requested a refund. I was told that they would give me three free sessions and they would get a more suited tutor. Well I got even worse marks as the same thing occurred.

The two subjects I received tutoring for with this service resulted in the worst marks I have received for this course and it is devastating!! I really needed assistance and they have not provided it. When I attempted to rectify this with their customer service, it took 6 months of back and forth for them to finally tell me there was nothing they could do. Super unacceptable. What a waste of time and my money. Would give them a no star review if it let me!!
