<div>Very Disappointed – Poor Service & Arrogant Attitude I purchased a Mercedes E63 AMG from CIT Motors some years ago. At the time of sale, no prior accident history was disclosed to me. A Year later, while attempting to sell the vehicle, I discovered that it had been in an accident before I bought it. This was deeply disappointing, especially given the high value of the car. I approached the sales agent who assisted me at the time, to raise this issue. Unfortunately, he showed little to no concern, and there was no willingness from his side to discuss a buy-back or any form of accountability. Today, I visited CIT Motors again to view some vehicles I was potentially interested in. I ran into ***** once more and asked him why he never followed up on my previous concerns. His response was incredibly arrogant and dismissive – so much so that it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Sadly, sales agents like ****** tarnish the reputation of the entire company. His lack of professionalism and respect towards clients – especially those who have supported the business by purchasing premium vehicles – is completely unacceptable. I truly hope CIT Motors’ management or ownership reads this and takes serious action to address the way some of their staff are treating customers. No client deserves this level of disrespect or indifference.</div>
