Awesome Service
One of the greatest part of dealing with Team Merbeda is that they walk an extra mile at all times and attention to details is always a priority Special Thanks to Ricky This guys he is simply the BEST, he’s always positive, pays a solid attention and very responsive When I started dealing with Team Merbida I was bit worried hence in S.A it’s bit hard to just trust anyone and make EFT to companies over 6 hours drive from you But Team Merbeda made sure that they deliver even more than expected I have Ordered from Ricky several times and often I wasn’t even sure about the correct part numbers but Ricky always made my shopping easy and stress free My last order was an emergency where my windows just decided to shutter by itself and Ricky handled this whole deal from sales to Packaging and collection follow up If it wasn’t because he cares about customers the package wouldn’t have been collected by courier hence the courier I used wasn’t that active not strongly communicated Every time I recommend a client I share the details with pride and always trust that they will be happy and they are pretty happy as well Keep it up Guys Ricky (You are the Boss) http://www.team-merbeda.co.za/east-london/

Bad service Team Merbeda
I bought a vehicle from a 75 year old man. He bought a engine from Merbeda in 2010 and didn't know he had to go for Police Clearance. He bought the engine from Merbeda but lost the slip. I went to them to enquire and the send me up and down for info from buyer of engine. They said they will check the engine number and find out if its theirs. They never did and I went to find out about it and send the proof. It was their engine and it was bought from them. Now I'm told stories about waiting for the lady in the office to write a slip. They are rude to me and starting to ignore me when I ask for the slip. The one guy blocked me on WhatsApp today after I asked him if the slip is ready to collect.
