Super fast and great service - great quality product too!
I ordered some parts and their order system is incredible. Parts arrived really quick and in perfect order. I recommend this firm - they appear to be on top of things!

Quick, easy, professional. 10/10
What an amazing first impression. I received my product (EcoFlow River 2 Power station) in perfect condition. Even the box it came in was in peak condition. I talked to them on WhatsApp throughout the process. If I had any questions, I received a processional, Human response with actual emotions, unlike some companies that just use Bots or controlled awnsering machines. Oh and I received my parcel in 2 days. Ive never had something I order online receive in that short of a time period. I'll go to them first whenever I need some tech and appliences again 👌✨ thank you very much!

Best support and customer service ever
Ordered a part and it was giving issues but it was not faulty when they tested it. But it was a power station and they can be finicky sometimes. But to say that the support and customer service was not the norm is an understatement. It is by far the best I have come across online.

Best Tech Store Online!!!
What an amazing online shopping experience. Awesome pre sales advice on which product to choose, including video guidance etc. The unit arrived in no time, however it turned out to be a faulty unit, Marc went out of his way to ensure the faulty device was collected with express delivery and the replacement unit was sent to me within a very short space of time... all this during peak December period.

What an amazing online shopping experience. Awesome pre sales advice on which product to choose, including video guidance etc. The unit arrived in no time, however it turned out to be a faulty unit, Marc went out of his way to ensure the faulty device was collected with express delivery and the replacement unit was sent to me within a very short space of time... all this during peak December period.
