Dell battery replacement specialists excel!
Ordered a Dell laptop battery, very prompt delivery with all the specs as advertised, brand new unit sealed and fully functioning. Most impressed with the overall experience and can recommend them.

Amazing Service
Had incredible service from Ashleigh. I ordered a Lenovo battery on Monday and it arrived (in an outlying area) on Wednesday. Ashleigh sent a superior battery to the one requested, at no extra cost, and was very quick to respond to my queries. I cannot praise the service enough, 10/10, thank you.

Best place to get replacement tech products.
I bought 2 products from techExpress, a charger, and battery for my Dell Latitude E6320, the products were delivered to me and I am happy with the quality of the products. Both the charger and battery are serving me well so far.

Best place to get replacement tech products.
I bought 2 products from techExpress, a charger, and battery for my Dell Latitude E6320, the products were delivered to me and I am happy with the quality of the products. Both the charger and battery are serving me well so far.

After scouring the internet for a Dell E6540 battery, I came across TechExpress where I placed the order on the Monday and received it the following day (delivered to East London). It was the correct battery and works well. I am impressed with their product and prompt service.

Poor service
If you want DELL laptop spares stay away from this supplier. Service is shocking. I tried them for a fairly standard DELL laptop battery ,eventually they sent invoice ,I paid and then guess what...oh sorry for you no stock. What a bunch of clowns. I'd recommend using the opposition (SPL) ,have done for years and never any problems to speak of.

The best service you will ever find in SA, so efficient and competent. I'm very happy with them. I have been looking for a Dell laptop battery & was a bit skeptical to buy from TechExpress because I've never heard of the store before & I am so glad I went with them after seeing so many great reviews.
