If your website says 2-3 days delivery in Gauteng then i dont expect my package to be delivered 5 days later purely from the fact that I was FORCED to take initiative and call in about my delivery before it happened promptly and suddenly the following day? Had i kept quiet then what? I was EXTREMELY disappointed with your courier company and Black Friday orders should NEVER be used as an excuse, these guys have the entire year to plan around black Friday logistics and should've been ready when the day arrived. Please look at changing your guys courier supplier as there are similar negative comments here Ive seen about the same issue! If Amazon and TakeAlot can do next day delivery then you guys should look at upping your game!
