The guys are very knowledgeble, professional and their attention to detail is on point. Michael the supervisor always makes sure to communicate everything and he is very clued up with the aircon technicalities.

Excellent service from SR Technicool! They recently installed a new Samsung AR9500 aircon in our home and impressed us with their in-depth knowledge and honest advice. They took the time to understand what we needed and guided us to the best option. We’re very happy with the outcome and will be relying on them for all our future servicing needs.

Excellent service from SR Technicool! They recently installed a new Samsung AR9500 aircon in our home and impressed us with their in-depth knowledge and honest advice. Brilliant service
Brilliant service from the team. I called to confirm stock and install dates. They promply sent me a quote and gave me an installation date confirmation. The Instalation team was extremely friendly and did a spotless install. Highly recommend SR Technicool

Best customer service I've ever received. Caro was in constant contact and went above and beyond to ensure my unit was delivered and installed on the day moved in. Would highly recommend

Fantastic service! The installation team was right on time, very friendly and polite.The installation is very neat and they did an amazing job cleaning afterwards. I was very impressed. I will definitely be using your services in future.

Outstanding service, value and professionalism!
I contacted the team and a quote appointment was setup for the next day at my house, which was unexpected. The quote was carried out very professionally by Caro, who was highly knowledgeable about what was required and the various aircon options available. The quote was sent promptly to me that same afternoon. The price reflected amazing value for money. I had many changes and requests on the quote for Caro, which he accommodated with aplomb. I needed the installation to be done within two weeks (during a very busy period before the December holidays), and Caro accommodated me once again. He enlisted two teams for my installation in order to get it done within the time period I required. The technicians arrived on time for the installation and were all pleasant. The installation was extensive but was carried out smoothly. The team even finished before time! I appreciated that they made a concerted effort to cleanup as well. I would’ve liked it if they did leave all booklets and packaging however, but this is negligible. Excellent service overall!
