Warm, friendly and excellent service from professionals!

About a month ago I had a problem with my vehicles boot, it did not want to open. One cold morning I decided to stop at Techno Dent just ask for advise on how to open the boot. I did not want them to do it, because I knew I did not have money to pay them. Two very friendly gentlemen came and asked me to pull the car in, this is where I started to feel uncomfortable cause I did not know how to tell them that I would not be able to pay. One of their tech-guys also very friendly and helpful looked at the boot and told the other 2 what was wrong. They asked for my keys and took my vehicle to their workshop and politely asked me to go and wait inside. This is where I had to tell them that I would not be able to pay. They just smiled. At the warm reception area I was welcomed by an even more friendly receptionist. I was offered coffee by one of the gentleman who assisted me (I honestly must say it was one of the best cups of coffee I had in my life). I later found out that the gentleman who made the coffee was the owner of the company. I felt to honored to have been served by such a humble person. Not long, my vehicle came back, fixed. Everything was explained to me in clear terms so that it would not happen again. They gave my keys back and said don't worry its sorted. Sit relax and finish your coffee. I don't think I will ever forget what they did and how special they made me feel. Should my vehicle ever need fixing, they will definitely be my first stop. In the world we live in today, everything is just about money and nothing is for free. Techno Dent's owner, his son, receptionist and the rest showed that there are good people out there.They made me feel like a #WIN-NER and brought warmth to my day.
