They claim to be an authorised Samsung repair centre. You have to pay a call out fee before tecnicians will come out. When they do come out they break more things on the machine and when you chase them for a response they tell you your 3 year old washing machine has been tampered with and they refuse to repair it. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH TECHNOLOGIA!!!!

Terrible service. Can't find anyone to speak to (a person). No communications. Head office impossible to get a manager. Treated like a piece of proverbial. Noise out of cleaning and security staff unbelievable. I am worried about buying another ACER as this seems to be the only Acer agent ?? And i wont want to come here agian for a while.

Mr Price cellphone department took my cellphone for repairs to Technologia for repairs and it was still under warranty, when I called to follow it up with technologia they explained that they can only fix it with an amount equivalent to what I bought it for, I then asked that they don't fix it as I don't have that kind of amount of R1339 as I bought the cellphone for R1500. Days passed and I did not get any call to say they sending back the phone and when I called in today I was told to pay a rejection fee of R250 to have my cellphone back, I cannot agree to that because it's not fair and I never signed any contract to say I can pay the rejection fee, the lady who took my call lied and said she called me on the 19 April and when I informed her that I never got any call from her she was adamant that she called me , I informed her that I never got a call from her and asked her to stop lying. Now the issue is that I can't have my new cellphone back because I am charged a fee that I know nothing about because it's not like I want them to still fix the phone, the lady was so rude when I was the actual person doing a follow up,her service was just bad and frustrating. I need that new cellphone back because what are they going to do with it, fix it for themselves and then sell it, I don't kno,I had no agreement with them and Mr Price in Cresta must have failed to advise on the matter. So what do I do?

Technicians that don't test properly and just quote you for parts they think could be damaged - if you don't know any better and ask them to test it in a specific way you pay for unnecessary replacement parts, you get feedback only once you've called them (sometimes days later). Even though they force you to pay for the repair before it begins the receptionist doesn't know if you need to pay for it or not. When you do visit them and ask to see a manager (Vani) she never comes out, instead makes a few phone calls to the receptionist asking "what does he want?", and a COVID safety station that exists but no one to man it - my temp was never taken nor was I asked to sign the register there. The receptionist even asked me to use her landline phone - though the COVID pandemic! Extremely unprofessional; The managers are rude on the phone, hide instead of addressing customers and a frustrating experience altogether. Take your delivers elsewhere to be repaired!
