This is fictitious company that continues to debit my account despite repeated attempts to mail their customer service department. The emails I have sent either bounce back or gets no response. Please could somebody provide a contact number because all their contact details have been blanked out of their website this is *****ulent!!!!

My aunt had signed up for a contract with Vodacom. Vodacom and TechRace have been providing a service to her and when we called to cancel the service Aug 2021 they committed to send me an sms as confirmation to her old no. that the debit order was need cancelled with Absa but with TechRace a monthly fee of R77 has been charged on my aunty bank account. To date they committed to send a cancellation message and none has been sent. She was then sent this message the day we went to the Vodacom : TechTrace is gekanseleer. Ref.7-8-joja.hulle sal n sms stuur as bevestiging na **********. She has gone to her bank ABSA at different branches and confirmed the the provider TechRace needs to cancel the services from their end. To date they have been debiting her acc with R77 from the 1 Aug 2021 - 1 Jan 2023. Please for all the inconvenience caused we would like a refund back from Aug 2020 to date. I have commutes to never recommend this service provider to any of my social circles. Please assist Hello Peter

I've never heard of this company, yet there is a debit order on my bank account for R88.00. Who are they? What do they do? and... HOW DARE THEY? I've stopped the debit order at my bank. I'm incredulous, if they take these small amounts from people not checking their bank statements they're making a small fortune!!

I have been subscribed to Techtrace without any approval for this to be done. I upgraded my vodacom contract and suddenly i have been receiving a debit order from Techtrace for R60 a month. I am a pensioner and every cent counts, i have emailed your so called support email address to cancel the contract and nothing has come of it. Between Vodacom and Techtrace you are a bunch of thieves, I never signed ANY paperwork saying i approve a debit order to go off of my account. I have tried to cancel this contrat many times with no response. My next steps will be toget a lawyers letter write to you and if no joy is given i will open a case of theft at the police as you are stealing from me monthly. I am not happy at all.

My dad's account have been debited for Techtrace since 23 September 2021 - R60 per month. The Support website shows that the subscription is R45?? This debit order is unauthorized and must be cancelled. No reference on Email. No response on Whatsapp

I had a subscription with Techtrace and cancelled my subscription in August 2020. Serina Sena Govender confirmed the cancellation via email. For the past 4 months they are still debiting my account and do not respond to my mails and do not answer my calls. This month they even debited my account on the 12th, 2 weeks before the time without permission
