Debicheck approved??

As with other comments on this company, I have just received a message that my Debicheck for Techzone has been "successfully approved". I never received a request from my bank to approve this. And how do I cancel this debit order? I also have a separate debit order for TECHSURED. I need to cancel these debit orders asap, as I have no income at the moment...
