Negligence & ignorance

Tedaka sent me a quotation for Ant Splice protectors,10 x strips of 15 (=150) Total price (incl)R130,19. I emailed them ordering ten times this amount (=1500),which was accepted by them. I made payment of R1301,90, 26/10/2015 and sent proof of payment. 05/11/2015 only 6 x strips of 15(=90) were delivered to me. After many phone calls emails and Whatsapp messages to them(and they never came back to me) I was told they are sorry they misquoted. I do not accept this as the non delivery of the product what i was quoted and paid for has cost my business SEVERELY as this product is not easily obtainable. I demand what i was quoted and paid for!!<br>
