Tefl (half work) station

This guy justin mathew goldstone helped me get my TEFL certificate and promised me to help me with a ESL job placement and to build a cv. Before the payment was done he was friendly and interactive after payment was made he ignores me flat if i call he dont answer. I am waiting on him to for further assistence but he keeps ignoring me. He sent me a email of a certificate that he claimed he done on my behalf and some short video's and tips of how to apply but and nothing else. why did i then pay for job placement justin? You rushed me to pay the money but now i must beg you to do your work. But you can keep my money justin looks like you need it more.
