Bad Service Complaint

This is the most straightforward way to let a business company that is Tehi Projects know that I am not happy with the service the company promised to provided after my car was damaged by their negligence which occurred on the 19th of December 2022, and the accident transferred in Soshanguve (Pretoria) and further communication platforms were discovered by nothing came out of those communications, thereafter. I have envisage a bad customer service experience with the company ever since the complaint was laid on the 19th of December 2022 until now, and certainly not satisfied with the answer I have been given with. I have been taken from pillar to post with regards to the matter at hand with the intentions of fixing my car. Arrangement were previously made and we opted for quotations with the perception that further arrangement will be concluded in order for my car to be fixed. I have compiled a Safety Notice Accident Report which has since been submitted on the 19th of December 2022 notifying about the events which occurred on that particular day in question.
