I should have checked Hellopeter first
Paid for order on Dec 20 , 2024. Courier tried to collect , business closed. Follow up emails promised delivery , but all empty promises . Guess i have learned a lesson. A smart website do not mean you will get your stuff. Always ALWAYS CHECK HELLOPETER FIRST !!!

We have been using Tekmart for 2 years now and they are really great at customer service! Nothing seems too much trouble to them and they are very friendly. Hennie this is for you for making this happen. Thank you !!!!. The website is nicely presented with easy to find and select products. They don't mess around, the site clearly states what is in stock and what isn't. We order kits, they deliver next day, it is exactly what it said it was. No problems no hassle, so far at least. One of the shipped storage units had an issue last week, but they swiftly replaced it within a day with Courier Guy sending the replacement unit and picking up the faulty unit after the replacement was delivered. Their RMA PROCESS IS A BREEZE. We are based in Nelspruit. Outstanding service!

Excellent constant feedback and efficient service, fast delivery
Thank you Tekmart and two gentlemen wo assisted us, Justin and Terrence. My first experience so far was great especially on the quotes and email responses, the only setback was the DHLshipping. It was a bit expensive to Mozambique. The parts were exact on specifications and the delivery quite impressive. Equipment was shipped out same day and we received our order on Friday,22nd Dez 2023 -next day! I hope this continues for the sake of further business relationship. Mel****s Cumprimentos

Excellent customer service and attention to detail
Prompt response and updates . Was easy to deal with with the sales team and raid battery we collected does as it was supposed to be and our storage has been now working perfectly. The pre-sale service has continued post-sale with Tekmart. The website itself is also straight forward and for me, it was overall an extremely smooth ordering experience.

Delayed but good customer service.
I ordered some 16GB Server Memory for a server we had...was contacted by Thinus, who made the process very easy and kept updating me on the progress of the delivery. Although there was a 3-day delay with the shipping I got the Memory in good condition. Would Recommend.
