This company is a ****mer....they fail to help peoples but they don't want to refund them.Can someone please help

I paid them R6400 last year june 2025 to remove my name under debt review...But nothing is happening they keep on lying to me.when i ask for refund they say no refund but they cant help me.Any advise please
