My last payment was on the 25th of September 2024 to telepro consultants I have logged a complaint on the 23/10/2024 to queries@teleproconsultants.co.za till date no one has contacted me back i have done follow up calls promises was made but have not received anything or taken my name off debt review this is the email i sent them It’s been a month since I have paid my last instalment to Tele pro and to date no correspondence from anyone at your company.
I find it extremely unfair that I need to follow up and still no one gets back to me!
I sticked to the agreement to pay on time every month without fail and I expect to be consulted with progress on our agreement but NOTHING.
Today at 12:37PM I called in again and spoke to Zola Dlamini who advised she will get Nicole Bengo the manager to call me at 13:30PM when she returns from lunch.
So, just a reminder, that I will be awaiting that call.
I have tried my best to play nice, and should I not receive a call today I will report this matter to all social media platforms.
