Bad service
My computer broke. They said 2 weeks. Almost 3 months later I get it back. They come and get it bay me but they keep delivering it at wrong place. I had to go to Bloemfontein to get it. The software was incorrect that they put on. They said they wil do it with TeamViewer, they crush my computer again. Then they deleted all my back up. It cost me to take it to someone else to fix it. They don't want to pay for anything. I lost my salary for 3 month because of them. That is not hoebyou work. The computer are under warranty still. I will never recommend them to any one.

Bad service

They ran away with our TV. They claim to fix the TVs but they are lying! They are ******* who rob unsuspecting innocent people of their TVs. Our TV has been gone since April 2023. Now their phones don't go through. They are untraceable, because their numbers are not RICA'd. ****MERS!

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE HAD MY TV SINCE MARCH. I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY FOLLOW UP. THEY DONT MESSAGE OR CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON. NOW THEIR PHONES ARE OFF. Teletech TV Repairs Theft
After 4 weeks of being ignored by Prince (the owner of the business) and his associate Michael. I have been advised that my tv that was collected 4 weeks ago has been damaged. Prince broke my screen, advised it was being repaired though after advising it would be returned (for the 100th time) is now no longer opening messages that are clearly being received as he is online every day. All the numbers provided all now go to voicemail. Against all hope I now am filing a police report of theft and will need to get a private investigator to have my tv returned.

Be aware of 24 hour teletech tv repair doesn't claim to be what the adverti*****t says
I called out a tv repair guy Micheal 078 508 7141 the add says 24 hour repair teletech for emergency repair tv they came to my place fixed one tv and took the other one to have it fixed but they were waiting for a part for the tv that was February and I'm still waiting his phone goes to voicemail and I can't get in contact with him really bad service

Rude call centre staff
Call centre agent extremely rude. I am at work and cannot take a call. She tells me I must go to bank to check my credit card because I cannot take her calls while at work. Why is this company calling me about my private affairs? they are not my bank!! It's a disgrace that a telemarketing company has such rude staff.
