Temba DLTC is a place of horror. Bad service all the way. I app**** for my car registration certificate and June. Was told to me 03 July to collect but was told then that the only person who issues those certificates is on leave. I was advised to leave everything in the file and when she comes back she will give me a call. No call came through. 2 weeks later I went back. My file was missing and I couldn't get the certificate without the file. The lady receptionist who seems forever on something strong ran around until I lost my cool. She asked for my numbers and promised to look for the file and will let me know once it's there. That's was July the 15. To this day I have not received or heard from her again. Mindue I travel all the way from Mams to Skraal. Petrol and time wasted over this lazy staffed and *******ed employees. They will ignore you for hours whilst helping the brothers in white jeans who appear Luke ****mers

I renewed my drivers license on the 29 June 2021 even today i havent receive a message from the department about whatis happening if my license is back or not. I have been trying to call them but their number is not working. I dont even know my status ofmy license card. I am very disappointed with the department for not doing their work and not following the Batho Pele principles.

My appointment was booked for 9h10, got there at 7h45 and was made to stand on a queue for 2 hours before being assisted. Took pictures and then waited again for 3 hours for the cashier to assist with payment. The booking system is not relevant, the staff issue out tickets to their friends using back doors, the guy who was behind me got a ticket that was 14 times behind mine. Only when you get to the counters where they ask for confirmation but security guard is never concerned who booked and who didn't. The queues went outside the gate however only 2 personnel and 2 cashiers were assisting at the counters.

I had the bad experience there. Waited for hours for collection of licence card. The failed printed document was printed at 10h18 but wad called at 11h10. The licenced that was done on April and failed no communication done so that I can make other means. They don't have customer care skills.

I had a terrible experience when I came across a woman called Mrs. Molapo who claimed to own the department. I arrived at the municipality to change ownership of my vehicle around 05:45. The department is scheduled to open at 07:30 buy the only employee who was there was the cleaner only. As we waited Mrs Molapo walked in at 08:25. She dissapeared in the offices and then came out at 09:05 to call us in but people started rushing in and I found myself having to fight for my position but some of the people argued that they were before me that's when I called the security guard who then confirmed I was first but she would not have it and was very rude to me. She knew some of the people on the que and she moved them to the front of the que and threatened to call security to take me out of the building if I continued to speak out for myself. I found myself from being number 1 to number 9 because she said the decions made in the department are hers. This behaviour increased my waiting time by 3hrs. Mrs. Molapo needs to be delt with properly because as tax payers we need to be treated like adults and not 5year olds in these government institutions. Traffic Department Employees in Townships are very rude and must go through customer service training before the deal with people
