Tempted clothing- Be really really careful
I am very very disappointed in Tempted Clothing's service, I say service because the business is run like a scam. I hope this time my review doesn't get deleted. But it's been 9 months in the waiting, speaking to a human being behind WhatsApp saying the previous human being behind WhatsApp was 'let go', culminating in a WhatsApp about the inability to refund or give the orders. I am seeking legal recourse because I paid, and it seems the company was still taking orders even in July, knowing their 'position' full well.

Tempted Clothing ceased trading?
!!!!DO NOT buy from them!!!! This is the whatsapp message that I received a week ago: Dear Customer, We regret to inform you that Tempted Clothing Pty Ltd has ceased trading due to it's financial position. We are unfortunately unable to honour any outstanding orders or refunds and sincerely apologize therefore. Kind Regards Tempted Team

!!!!DO NOT buy from them!!!! This is the whatsapp message that I received a week ago: Dear Customer, We regret to inform you that Tempted Clothing Pty Ltd has ceased trading due to it's financial position. We are unfortunately unable to honour any outstanding orders or refunds and sincerely apologize therefore. Kind Regards Tempted Team

Do not Buy from them
I bought clothes from them before and was hassle free, but with my last purchased in June 2021 up until no no items to show. They will send every week a message saying that all communication is being double check as they do not want to send false information, my question is how come clothes that is in stock must wait on customs. 16th August 2021 the send another message saying same story but also with you will receive the confirmation within a couple of days, the couple of days was the 28th of August stating that we regret to inform you that we have ceased trading due to its financial position, so what happened to my item that was in stock and paid for. This is totally unacceptable as you took money and delivery fees. People should not buy from them as they will open another store with a different name. Order # 5824 was in June 2021 and its almost September, big no no from me, this is fraud.

Tempted Clothing - Scam
Tempted Clothing is a big scam retail company. I have read some of the latest reviews and their story is similar to mine. I have ordered 3 items worth atleast R2100 three months ago and they kept sending messages to say the have issues with customs and because of all the covid regulations. They promised me a free gift, thanking me for my patience which I endured the last few months and I told them it ok as long as they guarantee me that I will get the order. So I received the following update recently : We regret to inform you that Tempted Clothing Pty Ltd has ceased trading due to it's financial position. We are unfortunately unable to honor any outstanding orders or refunds and sincerely apologize therefore. Then Cutting me off and do not answer the phone when I call the WhatsApp number. Meanwhile they was also advertising on Instagram and Facebook this last 3 months still taking peoples orders and money. That is called FRAUD. Should we as customers just write our money off ? Should we be victims of fraudsters. I know my rights according to the consumers act. I have also published this review to Carte blanche. If nothing comes of it , at least I have tried. I also warned people on Facebook about new. online companies . Make sure they are legit.

My review was removed , so I will say again ..... clients can't be treated like this. Do not order anything from Tempted, but I guess she will just open another "name" let clients pay online and then send a whatsapp they are out of business sorry no product and no refund. Be careful guys !!

My review was removed , so I will say again ..... clients can't be treated like this. Do not order anything from Tempted, but I guess she will just open another "name" let clients pay online and then send a whatsapp they are out of business sorry no product and no refund. Be careful guys !!

Tempted clothing - Worst service I have ever received
Unfortunately my previous review was removed. I bought goods from Tempted Clothing last year. The sizes didn't fit and I returned the items. They said they will send me another size once received. This was August last year. I had to continuously follow up with them on e-mail and WhatsApp. Always receiving excuses. Now I received a notification that due to their financial situation they are not honoring outstanding orders and will not refund any money back. The worst is that they send me a picture of my parcel about a month ago, but I haven't received it. In my mind, if they showed me my parcel, they have my stock. This has been the worst online shopping experience.

Tempted clothing owner Wanda is a fraudster
Ordered from Tempted Clothing last year. Kept on following up and got a different excuse every time. Just to receive a whatsapp today that the business closed down and I won't get my order or a refund. I cannot believe that Wanda can get away with this......

I placed an order on the 11th Of Aug'21!! On the 15th they swnd me another message saying that they grew so much and are struggling to get all the shipments out in time!! The 16th they send me yet another message saying "they are still waiting for the shipment(covid)excuse and as sokn as they get the go ahead from the customs they will send it out asap!! So Today i got a suprise 28th Aug'21 that i will not get my parcel or a refund as they are finacial not able to do so!! *** I am super ****ed and hope that i will be able to get refunded soon!!
