Tentend Adventures SCAM!
It has become an necessity to vet any company before doing business with them in this country. All seems legit and above board and then when you want to claim your vouchers bought with your hard earned money you find out that it was a scam and that your money is gone. What a disgrace. Karma is real, so be prepared for what is coming to you.

Tentend Adventures SCAM!
It has become an necessity to vet any company before doing business with them in this country. All seems legit and above board and then when you want to claim your vouchers bought with your hard earned money you find out that it was a scam and that your money is gone. What a disgrace. Karma is real, so be prepared for what is coming to you.

SCAM!!!!! BEWARE
SCAM!!! I can only echo what many have said! I booked on their special only to be informed that the Pilansberg camp was temporarily closed. They have since gone silent and disappeared - there have been NO communications from them and NO refunds. DO NOT Buy from this scamster Wynard Du Toit

Bezhoek,Tented adventures a scam they must owner thier booking promised to customers not this we regret and we are sorry excuse trying to shift blame on us as customers
I purchased tickets which where on special via tented adventures as an agency that sell on behave of National parks for Bezhoek resort, which I was suppose to use or go on vacation December, with Friends at a Price of R12000 dully paid via tented adventures. And the resort Bezhoek confirmed the booking to my understanding that means they received payment and sending us as customer confirmation of that. So surprisingly last month I get an email from the resort telling me that unfortunately Bezhoek has not made payment and they won't be able to accommodate us, Which to me is not right why did they send confirmation when we purchased on January saying they received payment and will be happy to accommodate us on the date we choose at first, and to come back now because of their affairs which i think don't involve us as customer. And now they want to reverse what was a confirmation for us. And now say they are sorry they won't accommodate us and we should make another payment in order for them to do that. They should not involve us in there business and I think should own up to there original arrangement as a resort.and sort out the money issues with tented adventures because they are the once who choose to do business with them not. Us

Tented Adventures has notified their clients of an issue and to request refunds but the emails go ananswered.
Tented Adventures had a n issue, made a public announcement on their social media pages and emailed and whatsapped their customers notifying them of this issue and now many, many people await a response from tented Adventures as to when they will received their refunds. My emails have gone unacknowledged eventhough they have been sent to 3 separate email address as provided for in their email and whatsapp notification. They also posted on their Facebook page that emails will be taking long to respond to as there are so many and that refunds will also be processed with a delay. It is incredibly disheartening not knowing whether or not the refunds will actually be processed and even so, if there are so many emails then tented Adventures to hire or get volunteers to assist with responding to the backlog of emails as a simple acknowledgement of their communication and to assure them of the refunds being processed. It is unfortunate what has happened, however that is not the consumers primary or secondary concern, or concern at all. The consumer's concern is only the refund being processed.

UNSCRUPULOUS OR A SCAM: TENTED ADVENTURES
UNWORTHY OF ANY STARS! UNSCRUPULOUS CARELESSNESS OR SCAM!! THE DAY PRIOR to check in, the "owner" sent out an email informing all addressees that they had closed the Pretorius Kop venue, due an unserviceable game drive vehicle and that they could not "offer the services advertised". He then launched into a voluminous self pitying lament about how they had suffered financially due recent past events. At no point was there an option to possibly forego the game drives, nor an idea as to the path forward. Upon receipt of the email, I contacted the Pretorius Kop Tented Camp directly and a manager fielding my call was adamant they were still functioning. Minutes later, they called to advise they were in fact closed. Despite several attempts contacting the "owner", along with undertakings by the managers at Pretorius Kop camp to have him respond, there has been nothing to date...2 weeks later...and no sign of a refund.
