Estate Manager is power hungry to think that they are the law. I even escalated my matter to Pretor Group to intervene, they are so quiet making it seem like they do support the manager’s abuse of power. I was charged and was refused access to review cctv footage and denied fair process. I am consulting with Law Council and lodged complaint with Ombudsman, someone will help me eventually

I am staying at one of the Terra Nova developments called ‘’ The hills Estates” in Trichard which I bought the house in January 2021 and am staying alone, few weeks ago when I woke up one Sunday as I was making the bed I noticed a swelling on the tiles as if there is something under ground that I am not sure what it is as the area where the houses are built is a farming area and am not sure if a proper analysis underground was done. I reported it and after numerous times of following up, one guy was sent and he checked and said they would comeback to fix the affected tiles and never came back. After following up more than 5 times again I was sent an email that stipulates that an investigation was done and the defect fault is not related to them. I am not sure what investigation was done as I don’t understand what is the reason behind the swelling of the under the surface that is affecting the tiles considering the affected area next to the window that I don’t normally use. I opted to buy a brand new house since I was avoiding fixing old house defects, but a brand new one with just 3 years has defects from poor workmanship and design defect as the area was supposed to have been checked underground and addressed. I am only told about the “retention period that has expired” though we both know the reason and now I must be liable for their poor work.

Pathetic. Utilities office is a **** to ***** your money. Having moved out and shut off utilities on 04/04/2024 to date I have not received my refund of deposit and always told to wait 14 days more than the last 14 days you waited. Lindiwe is absolutely pathetic in her service she is rude and unhelpful and speaks to people with absolutely no respect. You cannot get help from anyone further because she will refuse. When it comes to them taking their money they will never miss a date but treat you like they doing you a favour to pay you back. I will never rent in Terra Nova much less ever purchase a property with them. The entire utilities office is disrespectful unprofessional and have no regard for customer service

Absolute terrible and unprofessional service. All the ladies and gents working in sales, utilities, on site and enquiries are all blunt and rude and never want to assist or go the extra mile. I will never recommend them. Since we bought our property there in 2020 it has been struggle upon struggle in all departments. Now that we are moving, I am struggling even more just to get building plans out of them, they never keep you in the loop, I have to follow up every time and they just shrug their shoulders each time.

I will never recommend them. Since we bought our property there in 2020 it has been struggle upon struggle in all departments. Last night 3/11/2023 my girlfriend and I went to Terra Nova Shopping Centre. She needed to use the bathroom. She came back to tell me that we must wait because all the toilets were occupied. I asked her how so on which she tells me that there are 9 toilets in the bathroom but 6 are locked with padlocks and 3 are actually occupied. On which I asked her to take a video so I can she as it was a ladies bathroom. This was very annoying, uncomfortable. What is the management doing about it. Please advise

Last night 3/11/2023 my girlfriend and I went to Terra Nova Shopping Centre. She needed to use the bathroom. She came back to tell me that we must wait because all the toilets were occupied. I bought a 2 Bedroom apartment, collected the key 3 weeks ago, I then moved in on 3 days after collecting the keys and my Gyser was ******. They refuse the replace and says it’s my problem. Two of my neighbours experienced break ins with their valuables ******. This is terrible!! They have only 1 security responsible for 3 complexes. He can’t even have access to my complex, no cameras installed. You report nobody responds yet we supposed to pay excruciating levies every month. This is the worst I’ve ever seen! This is terrible.
