This Sasfin Bank is the worst Bank Ever
This sasfin bank is the worst bank ever. Don't understand why they still allow them to operate. I used my account from their bank to receive 2 payments from over seas. The 1st on in May and the second in June of 2022 and till date i haven't received any of both payments in my bank account. I have been receiving numerous messages from their so called forex department confirming I will receive my money the next day till date nothing. They are thieves.. these people are not banks. I despise this bank with all my heart and am going to keep reporting them on every platform as am very certain am not the only one with this story. What they do is they will assign one person to act nice with you in the morning and during the day when your questions get intense, they will stop answering and say the person who was attending to you in the money is now In a meeting. The next day they will assign another and continue thesame.. How is this bank still operating I don't know. Wen you write a complain about them on any platform, they will reply back with one message " we have been advised that your case has been resolve". I will report this joke call sasfin to every platform that I know exist and will even run it on add. They even went ahead and convert the money telling me I should confirm and the rate and they will EFT the funds in my account by the end of the day till date nothing. They have send me that same message about 3 times. I have talked to almost everyone in their joke call a bank but no one has been able to assist me till now. I even spoke to their manager and she said there's is nothing she can do as she doesn't know what is going on. How can a manager say something like that to a client regarding a transaction that is going on in their bank. I have never heard of such in my life. Sasfin pay my money and stop being a joke. This is stealing and no body can tell me other wise

Worst Company to try and obtain a loan from. Loan was approved almost immediately and then the **** started. I had to pay a fee, which I did. Then ANOTHER fee, which I did. THEN ANOTHER FEE, WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY. TO REFUND ME THEY WANT ANOTHER FEE OF R3000!!!!! I am now opening a case of fraud and notifying the NCR - this is unacceptable. SCAM SCAM SCAM ARTISTS. STAY AWAY!
