Thabong mall management and its disregard for consumer rights.

The manager of thabong shopping complex is a dishonorable and deceitful person. My mother got injured at the mall in 2019, her injury didn't look serious so they sent her home to only find out that she broke her leg. She spent 3 months in the hospital and a total of 6 months at home due to her injuries which cost her 8 months of her wages.

The manager told my mother to bring her medical documents and proof that she got injured at the mall to him so that he can take it to his bosses. The manager who goes by the name of Steven, he took the documents and told my mother to wait for the owners to respond to her. It's been almost 2 years and nothing has been done. When my mother goes to ask for her documents back Steven looks at her with Disdain.

He might as well sell nyaope at the mall because he runs it like a drug house which disrespects it customers.
