Placed an order on 11th December 2023. Got a comfirmation Whatsapp text stating my order will be ready early January 2024. On the 17 I received call stating my order was ready for delivery on the day but couldn't accept it as I was not at home so we rescheduled for 20th Dec. Placed a called early morning of 19th to reschedule delivery on the day and was comfirmed, waited the whole day until I decided to call yet again at 3pm and was told I will receive a call back within minutes. An hour later,no call back so I reverted back to the WhatsApp and asked what the problem was, only then I was asked when I wanted delivery made as I won't be receiving my goods. Im really not impressed with the level of service and communication received. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

In October 2022 I bought 2 x single foam beds (mattress & base) for student coming for learnership in Johannesburg which was postponed to January 2023- I made them aware in November that I had a dilemma as I had no delivery address yet- was reassured that it wot be a problem all I should do is to let them know 2 weeks before delivery when I need them. Unfortunately the learnership was canceled, I sent them a message to cancel the order and refund me on 14 June and informed by Vissie that it was 8 months later and cant get a refund, that it shows that my beds were delivered- asked her to sedthe delivery invoice to see who signed for them and address where they were delivered but yesterday they said they will see- they took my money and never delivered the beds!

We purchased 2 wingback chairs, delivering of the chairs took weeks after constant promises being made, the delivery date changed 3 times before we got our chairs. After recieving the chairs we noticed that the chairs had different Thickness in the legs and stiching in the material at the back of one of the chairs that was not done properly leaving a whole. We have contacted Damian and Eugene and informed them of the faults found. They committed in ensuring that the chairs would be collected and repaired. We report this on the 5th December and am still waiting for someone to collect the chairs. Everyday when we enquire as to when they will collect the chairs, we get told they will collect the next day, which never happens. The level of service recieved and the quality of the product does not justify the amount of money spent

On the 8th of June in the evening, I browsed the web for couches, and on gumtree I saw that they had 4 couches on special for R5800. I saw that the place was close to my home. The next morning at 8 o,clock I went to the store, and said I wanted to buy the couches that was on special. The sales Assistant Luchuan Mcpherson helped me, and I showed him the price on gumtree, and he sold it to me for the special price as advertised. He called me later to say that they would deliver the couches early on Friday 11 June 2021. On Friday morning I whatsapped the store asking what time my couches would be here. They told me that the truck is out with deliveries and would deliver during the day! By 3 o,clock that afternoon after waiting the whole day for the couches, and not being able to go anywhere I needed to go, I whatsapped the store again. They called Head Office, and then told me the truck was on its way. The driver called me and told me that they would be at my house soon. Yet, soon didn't mean much as they only arrived later than expected. When they started to offload the couches, I saw that I received one less couch, which was not right! I called the store, and was told that I only ordered 3 couches! I said no, the price on special was for 4 couches, 2 x 2 seater and 2 x 1 seater! I was asked to sent the adverti*****t to them again! Then I got just a reply with Ok. To say the least, I do not know what is going on? Clearly advertising and customer service is not important to this company! I saw on the invoice which was not told to me when I bought it that they offer no refund or exchange, which is against the consumer act! For anybody thinking that they want to buy from this company, don't! I am hugely disappointed and still waiting for the couch that has not been delivered, or maybe they will talk themselves out of delivering it!!!
