Dealing with this company felt like a scam
I paid a non-refundable R150 'application fee' to secure an apartment via this agency. Then I didn't hear anything from them for 5 days and they didn't respond to my emails or Whatsapps. When I finally got hold of them, they told me the apartment had been given to someone else. A complete waste of my time and money for absolutely nothing, and with zero communication. Felt like a scam from the moment I paid the 'application fee'.

13 May 2021, 10:14 Hi Nick, your application was received on a Saturday and the process was started. Our agent Haylee was off sick and did not get back to you to update you which she should have done. I do apologise for the lack of communication from her side, which will be taken further with her. When you reached out to me yesterday I responded immediately and offered to refund you the R150 in light of your experience. I am yet to receive your bank details.
