I ordered from them on the 24th of February and paid using Pay Just Now. They were taking forever to deliver called on the 27th to cancel order and asked them to process refund back to Pay just now. Received an email from apple guy stating they have processed my refund it takes 3-5 business days. Today its the 18th of March there's no refund even pay just now has confirmed they haven't received anything from them. They are not picking up and responding to emails. Please be aware they are ****mers do not order from them. The website its just a front for us to get ****med.

I bought an iPhone 14 in November 2025 CPO and had to wait for almost 2weeks for delivery. Now the phone is not working since Sunday and it wanted updates but doesn't accept any update. I logged a call yesterday by sending email no response. Sent WhatsApp and no response and we paid R9000 for this phone to work only less than 4months. I need urgent response as my daughter is using the phone for school work. This is so disappointing

i bought a phone from them in November firstly they delivered the wrong color phone and i let it go because they didn't respond to my return query now the phone just randomly stopped working its stuck in boot loop and can't be fixed because they gave me a phone with problems now they not answering their calls or replying to my emails , do not even waste your time from buying from them they are ****mers

They sold me defective phone and when I returned it they took time to respond they are now not responding to my calls, I don't know if they schamed me or what it's more than half a month now
