Cathy is a criminal!!!
<p>Last year july ordered a diamond from cathy via bid or buy.Received a diamond in august but the grading wasnt as advertised and also never received the certificate Cathy said oh no shell collect and return the right diamond.Well after many many phone calls and emails we received about 3deliveries that was worthless and supposedly wrongSo embarrasing to take the stones to a jeweler and being told is worth less than a cubic circonia.When I told Cathy that I want a refund she said the jeweler is being biased because he wants to sell his diamonds to me!!!But the flaws was so obvious even to the naked eye.After 3months I contacted bid or buy who advised me that I am the only one who complained about Cathy and her terrible useless diamonds.Eventually they helped me get a refund but many people after me could have been helped and not end up in the situation the have if they reacted sooner.</p>

Goods that were delivered are basically worthless
<p>Bought a ring from the Black Knight, the ring as advertised was one of high quality. I got a shattered diamond. Cathy is a thief and should not get away wiyh this!!!!! </p>

The Black Knight Fraud
This woman needs to be investigated by Carte Blanche. Alone nobody is succeeding. Bidorbuy should start taking responsibility! They helped her sell for another year even with all thevptoblems regarding the no deliveries!

Goods worth R107000 never delivered
Every time we emailed Cathy, she had a attitude as well as a different excuse. Now after nearly a year she is gone , her website is on \maintenance\"and her email comes back that she is not trading any more since 16 February 2016? So where is our stuff? I would like to go to Carte Blanche with this I can not afford to loose all my money over a money driven woman like this !!!!!<br> Why must we spend more money on Lawers? Also why did she continue trade for so long? "

Bid or Buy / The Black Knight - No delivery/Theft
I ordered a ring in October and did not receive it. Beginning January I received the incorrect item and returned it. Since then there has been nothing. The Black Knight has closed off their attempt to do business. If anyone want to get in the boat with me and take legal action you can find me on LinkedIn (Chris Meyer) - send me you details and possibly we can work together against Cathy and or Bid or Buy. R26k down the drain? No way...

No delivery of my diamond ring
I sent my solitare diamond and gold ring that I paid for back to Cathy to have a look at as the diamond had a slight chip and she was going to replace it. This was on the 4th February 2016. When I emailed her, it comes back with the message that The Black Knight is no longer trading as from the 16th February. I am very concerned that I won't get my ring back.

No delivery of my diamond ring
I sent my solitare diamond and gold ring that I paid for back to Cathy to have a look at as the diamond had a slight chip and she was going to replace it. This was on the 4th February 2016. When I emailed her, it comes back with the message that The Black Knight is no longer trading as from the 16th February. I am very concerned that I won't get my ring back.
