The Blyde Pretoria is not a getaway

I had a very bad experience at time oon travel & tour the Blyde. At arrival the maps took us to a wrong gate that only residents are supposed to use so we had to find a other gate. Then when we got in we was driving around for about 15 min because it is very confusing and you don't know where to go. Then I had to find out that you can only swim till 18:00. And you are not allowed to take anything inside. There is nothing else to do so then you have to sit in a flat. The braaier was fallen appart and for 6 people there were only 2 forks to eat with. The linen was stained. The couch is dirty and broked. They said after 22:00 it must be quiet but the people was very loud all around us. We paid for 2 nights but early the next morning we pack up and go and they refuse to refund me. We also struggle to get a pin out of the host just to get out off the gates. What is the point of going away for a weekend and you have to sit in a flat. This is not a getaway place. It is flats that people are staying and some of them are renting their's out for a ridiculous price.
