BAD SERVICE and Quality
Terrible Service, had them to build a boundary wall, It was a mess from start to finish, he always had cashflow issues where I had to buy supplies, as he ordered to little to start off with, After two Weeks a 20m double facebrick wall was erected, skew etc. I Will NOT recommend Travis at all

READ THIS BEFORE YOU JUDGE THEM !!
I had called and asked if they specialise in waterproofing. I was shock to heart hem say “no we do not, but can assist you with guarantees being in place”. I was taken back but decided let’s see! I’ve not had one leak from my roof since the builder guy had been on my roof. I tell you I had buckets and buckets of water coming through at one time. I had 4 other companies come in and have a look with no success whatsoever!!! The builder guy came for a quote and still completed it in the same day of me contingency them! I am recommending them as we lack customer service and satisfaction in this country! They are a GREAT GREAT company!!!

They are a hard working, young team!
Great quality, proformance, direction from the team, well done! I highly recomend the builder guy as they, for sure, know what they are doing. We will use this company again, in the near future.

Great quality, proformance, direction from the team, well done! I highly recomend the builder guy as they, for sure, know what they are doing. We will use this company again, in the near future.

The Builder Guy- poor service and integrity lacking
Travis Cowan an Krystal Heald of the Builder Guy have offered the most horrific service I have ever received from a building contractor. After being unable to complete a job, they agreed to refund R11 000. Being understanding of their circumstances, we agreed they would repay over several months. They have already breached the first payment. Stay far away from these people- it will save you months' of headaches.

Professional , timely and trustworthy
Professional, project was completed and signed off before target completion date. No snag list, if you looking for a decent company for all your construction project. Speak to them.

Do not trust the Builder Guy / Travis Cowan/Krystal Heald
Dealing with Travis Cowan, the owner of the Builder Guy has been the most frustrating experience. Parts of the job had to be redone as he did not supervise a substandard subcontractor he employed without our knowledge. Three months after paying a deposit for a skylight he had not completed the job. He would often not take our calls or return missed calls. He once put the phone down on us when calling from a different number. He agreed to leave the skylight after delivering substandard service and taking an extended period of time to complete and refund us but he has also not kept his word in this regard either.

The Builder Guy
The Builder Guy had a clear understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. Attention to detail and building what we wanted. Remained within our agreed budget. I Highly recommend this company.

Extremely bad service!!
Please do not trust this company, the owner is Travis Cowan. He takes very big deposits, does not complete the job then abandons the project. I gave him a major job to do around my house in Dec 2019 and to date he still hasn't completed and left my house looking like a mess. I now have to scramble money to fix what he messed up.
